I honestly don't know.

FDP is aiming for the print version to incorporate feedback from those who get the PDF version.

No Blessed Theocrat that I can see. For hounds we have two versions of the Albadian, the Dwarf Hound, a shadow hound (can't recall the name) and the Keffiz.

This monster is by far the biggest FDP book ever, and hopefull it'll live up to its forebearers.

Thanks for the info. Doesn't look like my originals made it in, but I still expect good things from this book. Despite still playing 3e I like 4e monster design philosophy a lot (roles, strong theme through limited number of signature powers/abilities aligned to the theme, simple stat blocks, etc.). Though creating monsters from scratch and tweaking monsters looks easier mechanically than in 3e, 4e could still use a ton more monsters to work from.

And... I'm back. Man, I've got login issues with this site. I think this is my 4th ID. Let's hope it lasts.

We put up the PDF as early as we could, especially with the recent lack of 4E products available in the digital world. a-hem.

In terms of the print version, we're sending the final files off to the printer in about 2 weeks... the print version should hit stores in June, so it'll be out after the Monster Manual 2. We will not be printing enough to sell into the booktrade, so we won't be available on Amazon... at least that's my plan at this time. We just can't afford the risk, sorry.

For those buying the PDF, please let me know if there are any tweaks or suggestions you'd like to see in the print version (ie, stat corrections or we got your name wrong on the credits).

That's odd -- for me, the full version preview works, but the smaller inset preview doesn't. We'll check into that.
