Fighter - enemy makes ranged attack while adjacent ?? - OA and II ??

If an enemy adjacent to a fighter does a ranged attack againt another enemy, and he is marked,

Does the Fighter get both of these:

A normal OA for the ranged attack.

And the fighter immediate interupt for him not being attacked in the attack ?

Yes.
The use of an OA is completely independent of the use of an II so you get both.
I suggest you take the OA first, so you can save the II (you only get to do one per round, as opposed to OA which are per turn) if the OA gets lucky and kills the enemy.
