Fighter / Warpriest

I was wondering how opportunity attacks and Combat Challenge would work if a fighter multiclassed cleric and took Warpriest as his paragon path.

For instance if a marked enemy shifted away from him, could he trigger both Combat Challenge and then use the Warpriest opportunity attack? If that works then would the Warpriest opportunity attack also benefit from Combat Superiority?

Yes to both.

Also, the Warpriest's mark works with the Fighter's class features.

It's a rather brutal combo.
