Especially for a (bear totem)barbarian where it is worth double due to rage.

I think "2/3 of a normal" feat is intended to be the rough ballpark of power for a level 1 feat.though is in that, I would say 2/3rd of a feat area. Too weak for a feat, to strong to give it +1 ASI.
How does that work exactly?All feats should be with +1 ASI.
At 1st level, just take any feat without +1 ASI.
