Ok, this may be a stupid thought, but many gamers being the "set in their ways" sort and others just massively depressed over the loss of magazines that some of us grew up with...I thought it might be worth a shot. Do you think we can organize a petition or rally or something to ask for it back...or start a gaming fund to have another company buy the rights to the name...something. I am all for change, but killing a publication that so many still love and use seems ludicrous. We should try to show Hasbro that the real owners of the D&D game is the players... they have been pushing us around for years, and honestly this seems like the last straw. What’s next? A 4th edition version stamped "D&D" that is more "Monopoly and Marketing" than the game we all love. I don't know. Perhaps I am over-reacting. It just seems like the gaming community is getting slapped around despite their voice and just taking it. There are many ways to fight back. Perhaps we should organize and try something?
