Final words...

Generally yes, though it could be pushed by weather or kinetic impact.

Next round may not start until Sunday: I'm putting the boot in on one tabletop game and helping to plot another tomorrow.

Round 5

Kae retreats.
Zook attempts to frighten the Emerald Claw away.
The Emerald Claw turns their full power upon Zook.
Rethlin readies his bow.
Sedar readies his bow.

James comes into view, leading half a dozen men with armor and halberds. He should be at the gate in another couple of rounds.

The order is:
Kae
Zook
Emerald Claw Mooks
Zombies
Rethlin
Bandanna Man
Sedar

Kae is up.

Kae will likewise take cover, deterred from full flight by the sight of James and his reinforcements but not willing to dive back into the fray before they have actually engaged the enemy.

Kae and Zook run back to Rethlin and take cover near him. As they do they can see James and his reinforcements coming at a trot and about 150 feet away.

A bolt glances off Zook's mage armor as the two Emerald Claw soldiers fire at him.
More shooting at Zook (1d20+2=4, 1d20+2=15)

The zombies stalk after Zook, flails raised.
"CLLAAWWW!! CLLAAAWWW!"
Their movement finishes up 60' away from the entrance where everyone but Sedar is under cover.

Suddenly Manticore steps out on the porch, crossbow in hand.
"Bonewright!"
Manticore licks his lips in anticipation.
"Make me a gnomebane bolt."

Then he brings his crossbow to his shoulder and fires at Kae.
"Hello bait."

Manticore shooting at Kae (1d20+10=19)

Kae has learned to take thicker cover, fortunately. She is sheltering behind a 4X4 post when Manticore's bolt hits the post and drives through it. The triple point of the bolt stops two inches from her right eye, but she is untouched.

Rethlin is up.

Rethlin returns fire on Manticore from his cover spot at the doorjam.

Round #5 Rethlin shoots bow at Manticore (includes Guidance and Bless) (1d20+3=6)

"Take cover, I think I can channel the power of the Silver Flame to repel the Zombies when they get closer" He tells his comrades.

OOC: 7 rounds remain on Resistance. 8 rounds remain on Protection from Evil. Bless is also in effect from Zook. Current AC against incoming missles is 23 (armor+dex+PFE+cover).

Taking aim at one of the crossbowmen, Sedar looses an arrow and then tries to avail himself of what cover there is to be had on the floating skytruck. If it would not be too difficult, he considers jumping inside and using the sliding doors to give himself an advantage of being covered and having a space to fire from.

Attack: 1d20+3=18
Damage: 1d6=3

Round 6

Kae and Zook have both taken cover.
Rethlin and Sedar have held their ground and started returning fire.
The zombies advanced towards Zook.
The crossbowmen opened fire.
Manticore came out and opened fire.
Bonewright retreated.
James is arriving, bearing heavily armed help.
It looks like it's going to be a race between him and the zombies, however.

The order is:
Kae
Zook
Emerald Claw Mooks
Zombies
Rethlin
Bandanna Man
Sedar

Kae is up.

Sedar, this vehicle isn't built like your skycab. You could wriggle down into the body of the vehicle in a couple of rounds with some good checks, but then you'd have to open the side door and either rig a harness (the way Manticore did) or get a 90 degree arc of fire off the right side of the van. The zombies are currently in that arc of fire, but if they continue advancing on Zook as they were ordered they'll leave it this round.

That arc of fire will not cover the entrance to the freight yard, where it looks like the fight is going to be.You could try turning the vehicle 90 degrees, then climbing down inside, then opening the door, but if the fight moves, you'd have to climb back out and turn the skytruck again.

Short answer? Probably not worth it.
