Finished Red Hand of Doom (spoilers)

Advice needed
Hi,
The PCs in my campaign are just about to enter the Fane and fight the blue dragon. Any advice on things to change to avoid the final encounter being a TPK or an anticlimax? There are 5 PCs, 8th-9th level, including a spellwarp sniper, cleric, dragon shaman, rogue and Jade Phoenix mage (Bo9S).
