Hey everyone. You can all thank Mike Myler for this. He introduced me to www.getpaint.net, and I have become obsessed. I designed a firbolg rogue/scout or ranger wielding twin hand-axes. (You would, of course, need your DMs permission to use sneak attack with a hand-axe, as it is not legal by the rules as written. The firbolg does, however, also have a shortsword strapped to his front like a dagger.) I have attached a human crossbowman with a heavy crossbow to the image for the purposes of a size comparison. Enjoy!

Big fellow. Any ideas on his name?

5 foot nine, huh? That's how tall I am in real life. Interesting to see how tall your latest character is compared to my actual height.

Firbolgs are cool. I very nearly went as a Firbolg Tempest Cleric for my group's secondary campaign, but the Lizardfolk Light Cleric won out.

Well, Firbolg's don't really use proper nouns, so his name will be whatever the DM and/or players name him during the course of the game, if I ever play him. I'm playing another character I am happy with right now. This was a purely visual exercise. :) If my other character dies, though, I will play a firbolg with 5 levels ranger (UA hunter)/the rest in rogue (UA scout). My version would also have a slight modification to the image, though. Only one hand axe. I would play an odd strength based grapple rogue build...

The human character on the left is not properly placed on the scale - the heel should be at the "zero line", not the tip of the foot.

Neat comparison though :)
