Not in past year or two, but I ordered some stuff from them before then and had no complaints.

I haven't used them lately (like last two years - havent' been buying many RPGs then), but in the past I ordered from them about half a dozen times, usually from their sales. No complaints at all, in fact, I used to usually pay by money order, and once they they actually shipped before I mailed payment (which was a mistake, obviously, but one in the consumers favor)

Much like everyone else, I used them last year (maybe two years ago - time flies when you don't pay attention) and my experience was good.

I ordered from them a few times, but not since 2005. Great sales, good shipping. However the only time I had a problem, they said they couldn't do anything and referred me to the manufacturer. The book had a bad glue job along the binding. I never did follow up because while it looked ugly, the binding actually turned out to be pretty sturdy. That was before they went bankrupt/got bought out/whatever exactly it was that happened, so I have no idea if it applies to the current company.

Limited to $15.. but I just spent $45

I love the edition change, it is making 3.5 stuff very cheap.
