Okay, we have Lost Lore sorted out. PLEASE give us a day or two to make sure it's in the system before trying to order it, and give your FLGS a week or two before bugging them about it.
Here are the ways it can be received:
1) If you are a customer who bought the book, go to your FLGS. Tell them to keep an eye out for Lost Lore, and to reserve one for you when they come in.
2) If you are a retailer, contact your distributor. Tell them to keep an eye out for Lost Lore, and to please make sure to ship you one for each Fireborn PH you've ordered thus far. Then, give out a Lost Lore with each Fireborn PH you sell, and if someone comes in with a copy of the Fireborn PH that you either remember selling them or for which they have a receipt from your store, give 'em a copy of Lost Lore.
3) If you are a distributor, you will be receiving a call from us. We're going to ship you 1 Lost Lore for each Fireborn PH you've ordered from us in the past, and a new Lost Lore will come with each Fireborn PH you order in the future.
4) If you are a retailer and cannot get ahold of Lost Lore ((e.g., your distributor doesn't know what you're talking about, or says "no"), give us a call so we can sort it out.
5) If you are a customer and cannot get ahold of Lost Lore (e.g., no matter how much you beg and plead, your FLGS doesn't seem to be able to get it in), you can order Lost Lore from our online store. It has a cost of zero, but you'd still have to pay shipping, so it'd be best to go this route only if you were going to buy something else anyway.
