how can i make a good dragon_born Monk character

Take dragonborn, take monk, boost your Wis and Dex with some Con.

Their pretty straight forward.

Are you guys doing point buy or rolling for stats? Are you starting at level 1? Is this for adventurer's league or home-play? What is your situation here?
