D&D 5E Fizban Is In The Wild -- With the Table of Contents!

Some people have received their copies of Fizban's Treasury of Dragons, and have posted photos (including the table of contents!) online!

Confirmed. Rime is the same Rime from 4e's Draconomicon: Chromatic Dragons. They removed all references to Nerath, however. I have mixed feelings...

To be fair, according to the lore of this book, Rime has echoes across numerous worlds. They may do this for all these exemplars.

I think it looks great, I'm not sure what folks are upset with, maybe some Eberron lore thing?

I don't think so. I think people were just hopeful that Nerath might get a mention in this book, which they could then take as meaning that the pseudo-setting isn't completely dead. (Never mind the fact that its pantheon appears in the 5e DMG.)

The thing about hit points and mythic actions is that the creature regains most of their hit points once the mythic actions kick in. Yes, she has 574 hit points, but she gains 500 more back once she drops to zero. For all intents and purposes, she has 1074 hit points.

Yes, trust me I am well aware. Though technically she should regain all 574 hp. Again that has nothing to do with the CR. The CR is calculated without regard to the mythic trait/actions. The mythic trait just means it is equivalent to two monsters of its CR.

The only thing I have to complain about (and I think I am the only one complaining) is the Aspects of Tiamat and Bahamut. That is like .01% of the book. So you should be good to go otherwise.

Cool. Did they discuss the changes to Dragonborn? I remember the UA from a while back; how close were the changes?
