WOIN Flamboyant trait missing?

The "Characteristic Traits" table on p. 69 of the WOIN NOW rule book lists "flamboyant" as a trait associated with a high REP score. However, there is no "flamboyant" trait described on pp. 69-71. I also couldn't find this in the WRRD. What does it do?

Flamboyant. You dress and act in an obvious and noticeable
manner. For good or ill, people remember
you. If you have met someone before, they will always
recall the previous encounter.

Interesting. I guess more of a roleplay perk than something tangible like a skill bonus or or other modifier as many of the other traits provide.
