Fleet Action! Red Team HQ

Yellow Sign, dear GM, I've got a wish-list of my own, consisting of info I'd like :)

Mainly what I'd really appreciate is at least a vague idea of how I can accept combat resolution to work, what sort of maneuvering factors are useful, and a brief breakdown of what each skill could be expected to do.

I understand that you don't want to lay it all out right now, but I'm a little leery of just picking an ability at random and kind of wading in with a big fleet and hoping. I feel it's not that unreasonable to know a bit about how fights might go (I am supposed to be a fleet admiral, after all).
