Fleshing out a character, need ideas.

I would mention though that yes, if it was starting off at level 1, that it would be very, very hard. But since its a level 4-5 campaign starting, I figured it would give some aditional flavor to the character.

Well, I disagree that low con = quick death. Part of the reason I'm doing it is for the challenge.
Also, I dont think I mentioned that we are starting out around level 4-5. The curse is going to kick in at the start of game play, so any previously rolled HP won't be affected by the -2. His "original" con is 12, so +1 hp until level 4-5. That way I'll obviously have a decent base of HP, but after that its not going to go so well. Its also more of a RP/Plot game than a straight hack n slash. And if I take any fighter/ranger levels as I'm thinking, his hp again will still be a little better.

Also, with a high dex and combat expertise, My AC will be decent should I get forced into Melee combat. Improved Feint will hopefully allow me to get out of it quickly. My concern I guess is about multiclassing. I'm not really interested in the bard class, as it doesnt quite lend to the bounty hunter idea that I had..(hense ranger, favored enemy and track.) Unfortuantly I don't think you can just take Favored Enemy as a regular feat, can you? =)

Thanks for the input though, I'm listening to it all. :)

That isn't the way a Constitution bonus to HP works. Its applied retroactively. So, if you initially had a 12, and it drops to a 6, you lose 3 hp/level. Lets say you rolled average HP for your first five levels, all as a rogue. You'd have 20 hit points, and then your con modifier per level. Without the curse, that'd be 25 hit points. But, with the curse, you'd have 10 hit points.

As far as a high dex and combat expertise: Even if you have a 20 dex, you're combat expertising for 3 (the most a fifth level rogue can), and, say, a +1 Chain Shirt (the most I'd really expect for a 5th level rogue), you're at AC 23. A 5th level fighter with 16 strength and a +1 longsword is going to be attacking you at at least +10 (+3 Str, +5 BAB, +1 Magic, +1 Weapon Focus) - not guarenteed to hit, but a 35% chance if he has a moderate strength (his strength is quite a bit lower than your dexterity, which is part of the problem there), and may very easily knock you out in one hit. A raging half-orc barbarian (with a 22 strength while raging) is going to have a 50% chance to hit you, and, if using, say, a greatsword, *will* knock you out with one hit. Possibly kill you.
