Just judging by some of the output and screens and descriptions, they've made great strides even since the end of the beta test in early June.

Well according to that main e-tools page it's already "gone gold." I believe that means the gold master has left Fluid and is in the publisher's hands now. Like you I would like to know an estimated street date or download date.

This actually looks pretty good. I admit that I didn't have very high hopes, but this looks like it will be worth the money.

Well, it looks like it has a bit more functionality then many have thought. Which is a good thing. However, I must say that is one Ugly interface. In my eyes the interface just looks cheap. Looks like they dumped the more polished looking interface they released with Character Generater Demo.


Ah well...

Hopefully the layout of fields is well thoughtout, because I hate clumsy interfaces...

The only thing I hate more are clumsy, ugly, interfaces.

Yes they did, because they got reamed by the "tools, not toys" faction here on our very own message boards. Many felt that the Char Gen looked and acted too much like a game and not enough like a productivity tool. A classic example of not being able to please all people all the time, I guess.
