Flurry of Blows Only for Monk?

Quick question: Is there any other class/feat etc. That has/grants flurry of blows besides a monk? I'm working on a build and I really need something like that.

Shou Disciple PrC (FR - Unapproachable East) has 3rd & 5th lvl ability (PrC only has 5 levels) that provide: Martial Flurry (light weapons/heavy weapons). They can flurry with their hands or later with a longsword.

Isn't there a weapon (cannot remember the name of it for the life of me) in OA that gives you access to FoB only with that weapon? A little extrapolation, a little math, a goodly amount of gp, another weapon more to taste, and viola! Instant Flurry for anyone!

There are plenty of PrC's published by S&SS that handle flurry of blows, although it isn't called that. For the most part it usually requires the practitioner to have flurry of blows already, but you get to expand that skill into all sorts of interesting weapons and styles.

Personally I like the Dawn Spear Adept the best.

Whirling Frenzy, a UA Rage variant grants an extra attack at the cost of -2 to all attacks.. Or you could just wield a weapon of speed.
