Flying Kick + Sandals of Tiger's Leap = Triple damage on a charge?

Is this a valid combination? Both the item and the feat allow you to do double damage on a charge as long as you do a jump kick. If you had both, would you do triple damage? (triple because of how 3e handles more than one multiplier, of course)

Sandals of Tiger's Leap are in Sword and Fist, and the Flying Kick feat is from OA.

Heh. Not to worry, Darklone. Both require you to be attacking with unarmed attacks to gain the double damage benefit. Unless you've got monk/paladins wandering around, no need to be too afraid.

Mmm. Claws of the Bear + Flying Kick + Sandals of Tiger's Leap + Unavoidable Strike = ouchies. I love monk/psychic warriors.

Don't forget your Rhino Hide silk shirt.

Which is particularly nice because it stacks with both bracers of armor and the mage armor spell. Add in a ring of tumbling +20 (only 8,000 gp) and a tower shield, and your monk is almost untouchable when making his leap attack.

Don't forget the use-activated Robe of True Strike and a potion of Shield...

Well, if you are going to carry a shield, then you may as well use the Shield Charge feat to double up that damage as well. And, of course, your shield is made out of wood and has a Spikes spell on it for +10 damage.

PS: Don't forget your potion belt or Haversack for that Shield Potion!

You can't bash with a Tower Shield.

You're just being silly! :)

Sandals of Tiger's Leap grants the flying kick feat when worn much like cleaving weapons grant cleave and ring of evasion grants evasion. There are a number of feat granting items. A sign of a weak feat is that you can get it in a cheap magic item.

When the material is standardized the early books like S&F which were written (not released) before the DMG will have their magic items written in the new 3.5 standard.

Rhino hide and shields wreck the monk's abilities.
