The body breaks down into one or two parts that can be hidden in the soles of a boot, the bow fits as a decorative piece on a belt, the string passes as a rope coil bracelet, and the bolts get disguised as kidling in a flint and steel kit. Add poison and you are all set.

Wow, so many good ideas already so I'll throw out something different. I seem to remember seeing somewhere (Song and Silence maybe?) that a rogue could use pick pockets to set a search DC when concealing weapons. I'll try to track down a more specific reference when it's not 3 am
