Of course, In my case I have enough for my PC just from the core rules and what is in my sig (which admitadely is a lot), and I probably will buy a few adventures over the next year or so, just because I know of some things coming out that I want. But still...

I'm cutting my own throat here but . . .

None of you NEED any new products. You could stop buying right now and play for another decade without any problems at all. Grab a magazine subscription (or the Dragon CD archive) and you're likely set for life.

Now this doesn't mean that I want you to stop. Hell, your kindness is what pays my bills.

All these threads got me thinking...
For all the talk of how much stuff there is for players, and how little for DMs, from a DM's point of view, between existing conversions here and newer modules from 3rd party producers (including Pazio), I could go for years without worrying if any more adventures were going to come out. I do have more than I know what to do with!

That's a fair point. Even if adventure production slows to a trickle there will continue to be a wealth of material out there. With Monkeygod and others making their products into PDFs they continue to be available as well.

But Phil, I did need that Troll skin rug :D

You are right, and that has been the case for a long time. Especially with the DIY element that is so strong in the hobby. Of course, EnWorld is full of that strange breed that buys tons of books and then spends a ton of time homebrewing there own adventures, worlds, classes, races, magic item, deities...

I'm guessing CMOT = Cutting My Own Throat

As for adventures, I agree there's plenty out there.

Part of the reason I hope 4E is delayed as long as possible is so that I have time to play as many of the ones out now using the "most current" rule system.

High level still does not have much.

My party is now 16th level and just finished demon god's fane.

There is Phil's construct invasion pdf, bastion's drow one, Lord of the Iron Fortress, I'm not sure what else is out there for about the right levels, Necropolis? Rappan Athuk III? Dungeon adventure path? The second half of the upcoming new drow lore mega campaign? A bit of World's largest dungeon? I have to double check the cooperative dungeon ones as well. I've got the players hooked into LotIF but I'm thinking about the bastion one as well for campaign reasons and considered the construct one but discarded it for campaign direction reasons.

I don't get dungeon. From 2e times we had a pretty good division of adventure resources, I got all the ravenloft ones and one of my friends got all the dungeons and we would not buy or look at each others "desmesnes" so that we'd be assured of not knowing what's going on when the other ran his game. I've done the same for 3e monster books, having not gotten MMIII or Fiend Folio so they can surprise me. Also dungeon has a random mix of levels and settings. I have so many older modules that all I want now are 3e ones that are for the exact appropriate levels of the group I am running.
