For Those Who Go Way Back, What Monster Have You Never Used?

I'm especially curious about those who have been dming for years- are there monsters that have been around since 'the old days' that you've never used?

For me it was the pseudo undead. WTF? Gygax must have had one too many shots of absinthe before writing that one up.

I've never used a Lich. I had a creature that I called a lich but it was not a lich as they are known in D&D, it was undead had the phylactery thing but nothing else was like the lich. I have used the demi lich though.

23+ years of DMing and I have never used one.

Never use Titans(teen or otherwise), Aboleth, Behir, Treant, Sphinx, Illithid, or Beholders. Not sure but don't think I've use Gnolls or Harpys either.

I have always liked the Carrion Crawler.
Yet I never get around to actually using it.

I know I've not used a gorgon or medusa for the last 20 years, although I can't honestly say I've *never* used one - I just can't remember much detail about games further ago than that!

i used them all and many i made up.

monsters the PCs have never defeated is another matter.

edit: heck i used a converted version of the Twig Blights last session from the Sunless Citadel.
