There are a few good FR links in the thread in my sig. You might want to check some of them out. Virtual Fantasy, one of the links, has a lot of great old stuff on the Realms.

Bored...digging through old threads...replying to them...

There is the Forgotten Realms Atlas, not the CD-ROM but the older paperbound atlas with beautifully illustrated maps, including Icewind Dale and Mithral Hall.

There is also The Accursed Tower, a 2e module by R.A. Salvatore (one of the last FR modules before 3e). The module takes characters from Luskan to Ten Towns.
