As a player, it shouldn't be too much of a problem to be inexperienced with the rules. Character generation can be a little tricky, but enough people are willing to help with that. During the game, you'll be getting the hang of it in no time.

Yeah... Trying to get into some games. Though I wasn't planning on DMing, feeling kinda sorry how I had to end those other 2 games I was running, the utter lack of DnD games around here might change my mind.
