Um, the last two choices are both possible for me.

I don't know if I'll be switching to Pathfinder yet. I'm amiable to pathfinder, which is to say I'd support players who are hip on it and want to try it. And I really dig some pathfinder changes. But whether I undergo a wholesale change of just strip it for parts remains to be seen.

Tried 4e for a couple of sessions. It played as bad as it read (for my group)
Now we're back to a heavily houseruled 3.5, but I've been burned out on this system for a while now so I think I'll quit dnd altogether, maybe play some Wfrp or True20.

It may not, I just was thinking about how many old-schoolers there are here playing 1E and C&C, etc, who could possibly care less if 5E or even 6E came out tomorrow...

People may move to other systems and still be interested in a new edition (one they like, that is). I know i was, even before 4e was announced.
