Hey, you questioning the word of the almighty Yugman?

Sure, since I'm about five realms off. ;) Besides he's not the only sage. And no I don't doubt everyone else is titanspawn. Just not me. :)

Since you guys mentioned it, can someone post the link for the SL boards. Not that I need another forum to avidly follow or anything... =)

And forget that 'we're all titanspawn' credo. Everyone knows we're leftover pets and experiments from the Slarecians...

Go to www.swordsorcery.com/ and click on forums. :) (at least I think this is the one they mean ;))

What's this thing about CC1 revised ?
From the SL forums:
Creature Collection Revised, with revised monster statistics
painstakingly checked by Scott Greene, Jeff Harkness and a
team of three insanely skilled editors (Scott Holden-Jones,
Mike Johnstone and Ellen Kiley) in addition to myself, is
now in the hands of production. In addition to just
revisions, the book now also includes some interesting new
material, including three appendices: Appendix I (Templates,
including the hags, fatling and Unhallowed); Appendix II
(Races of the Scarred Lands, incorporating the information
from both the DM Screen book and the Termana Gazetteer) and
Appendix III (Other Monsters of the Scarred Lands, giving
you an entry-by-entry look at where the monsters from the MM
fit into your Scarred Lands game). Expect this monster in
January.

Will the revised part be available freely as an errata ?
Sadly, no. :( Given the neccessary amount of errata, that would be pretty much impossible.

Indeed, which is kind of reason they are doing a revision. The other is CC1 is nearly done with its print run. So the question became "Do we keep reprinting a book with errors, or do we make a whole new book that's got the corrections along with new bits as well?" Obviously the latter made more sense.

No but it's d12. I know this because in the section on the captain of the Stygian Guard, he has levels in Unfailing and uses 12s.

This is why you scare me. I'd also assumed it was d10.
