Earth moves hasty through the undergrow. His little plant bounces with the movement of the warforged. "If we are to move away from the village, I suggest moving North-east." the dirt covered warforged runs in a north-east direction (to q 11 spending two move actions)

While three lizardfolks armed with spears appear seemingly from nowhere, another dart hits Malek's neck (1 dmg, +5 ongoing poison dmg ad slow,save ends). There's a lizardfolk holding a blowgun behind a tree.... ((rolls)

[sblock=voda WD]The lizardman reacts imediatelly and frees himself from the grab. He steps away from Earth and attacks him with a light club, but misses. Then Earth sees another dart hit the ground at his feet. (rolls)

[sblock=rules lawyering for voda] you couldn't have charged and then grabbed since you can only attembt a bull rush or make a basic attack at the end of a charge... for this time it's ok since you're weaponless.
Also, intimidating in combat is a standard action, so, ehh... I let it go because it made a lot of sense with the grab, but really is impossible in the surprise round... it doesn' really matter anyway 'cause it didn't succeed (and grabbing still suxx in 4e)[/sblock]
