Founding of a Guild (4e)

"We could do for some good fortune," Oak tells Malek. "We were heading towards Nesiah to join the Fellows of the Path Unkown, when we stopped to help this village. One of their former heros, an elf who'd lost an arm defending the town, led us into the jungle to investigate problems with the local goblins. Upon entering the jungle, the one-armed elf disappeared, and we lost two companions, with another seriously injured, and the sixth of our group now cares for the injured one."

Oak then asks, voice full of quiet menance, "You haven't seen a one-armed elf, have you? I would like words with him."

"I actually saw an one-armed man in the lizards-village. I'm not ure, if he was an elf or not, though..." Malek answers Oak's question.

"He was not in a cage and spoke to a creature that looked like it could be the chief of the tribe. But I couldn't unterstand what they said." Malek answers Oak's question again.

[sblock=OOC]
Can I make an Insight check, how the relationship between one-arm and the chief looked like?

Earth looks Malek with his expressionless green glowing eyes "As you wish, I'm not certain to how much gold coins I have now. I am good using two handed weapons. I think I could have picked up a spear from the lizard-like-men we undo. I had other things in mind I think" the warforged explains.
Turning to Oak he adds "He said "You fools" when we destroy the cage. Maybe it was a good or expensive cage." Earth states. "And what is a Fellows of the Path Unkown?" he asks cocking his head to a side, with the plat of his back mimicking the movement in a funny way.

"The Fellows are a guild that sent us and our companions an invitation to join them. Though we've taken quite a detour since we set out to accept their offer."

An exotic looking young woman enters the hutsmall tavern. In the dim light it's hard to see whether her skin is blue or purple; the hair on hair head is an equally improbable light blue (like the sea on a warm day), the individual strands are so fine you can't see them.

She's very tall and wears a large curved sword on her hip, and leather armor.

She scans the room and eyes alighting upon Isdar breaks out into a wide grin. Lopy? Then she's come across the room, improbably quickly, and picked him up in a big hug. It is you!

[sblock=Perception 15]When she came across the room you could swear she actually passed over an unoccupied bench. Like she was made of water.[/sblock]

ooc: this was indeed never mentioned. But since it was agreed to let Malek have something to eat comfortably, i'd say we can comfortably assume the chracters have moved to a small tavern, the only in the village (really little more than two or three tables and a kitchen)

[sblock=wd]if you don't mind it, wd, I rolled yur insight check(21) for you.

The man seemd to have at least some sort of acquaintance with the lizardfolk chief, or shaman, or what it was. At the very least, he could afford to speak loudly and in a not particularly respectful manner to the indovodual living in the larger hut in a lizardfolk village, without being imprisoned, or worse. He might have been trying to convince him of something...?
Thinking back, his shout when yu blasted the cage might have been interpreted as a non-hostile warning...
