Oh yeah and I almost forgot. Half dragon Thri-kreen Ftr10/Wpn Master10 armed with 4 +5 vorpal scimitars.

Of course, I think Corrosion works better then Sonic, but that'd mean this guy has 4 +2 weapons. That's 24,000 gp right there.

A scimitar is not a light weapon for a medium-size creature. So you would get a -4 (not -2) penalty even with Multiweapon Fighting and Multidexterity.
