[FR] References to "Wizard Weather"?

Does anyone knowledgeable in Forgotten Realms material know where I might find the different references to "Wizard Weather" (especially the main reference) in FR sourcebooks?

I've heard FR5 Savage Frontier (I'm at work so I haven't been able to check) - is that the main reference?

(This is related to the recent Arcane Weather article in Dragon.)

I'd look for Wizard Weather in The North. It reprises the information and rules from Savage Frontier and expands upon it a bit. The phenomenon is also mentioned in passing in both 2E and 3E Forgotten Realms Campaign Settings.

There is some mention of it in the "The North" boxed set, which can be downloaded here:

However, I am not sure this is the orginal reference.

This is a reference to weather that occures in the dire wood part of the high forest. it is first talked about in the savage frontier but may be talked about some in the north boxed set. it has been a long time since i looked at the boxed set so i can't say for sure.
