I don't. I was just making a point (sorry, mhensley) that you can describe a world however you like – not dictated by the artist they chose.

Nebulous, I wish I had rep to pass out here; I was taking a swig from a water bottle when I saw that, and almost showered my monitor.

Floating islands have been a loved staple of my homebrew for over 20 years now. It's just not something I associated with (non-Halruua, non-Netheril) Realms until now. Which is, I suppose, the point; change was needed.

I do look forward to taking a look at the new setting. These Countdown articles have done a good job, IMO, of explaining the logic behind the changes and making me, at least, more comfortable with what they're doing and why they're doing it.

Just to point out, the time gate is actually very old FR lore (and it is not the only active time gate about).
