FR - Undermountain Conversions - Anyone done any?

I've started a campaign for a group of players that are fairly new to the game that mainly want to do dungeon crawl type stuff. So I figure i can let them wander in and out of Undermountain as much as they want (assuming they surrvive) and maybe draw them into some other role-playing situations between dungeon crawls in Waterdeep.

I was wondering if anyone has done any conversion work on the Undermountain box set?

If not what kind of suggestions can you give me for this undertaking?
