Wizards has tried twice now to make the foray into miniatures games. First, they tried to take some of Games Workshop's thunder with Chainmail. Now, they're trying to get a piece of Wiz Kid's pie with the D&D Mintiatures game. I was thinking in the shower today, as I often do, and I came up with a pretty good idea.
Wizards owns the rights to make Star Wars RPG stuff, right? I don't know that logistics of it, but I'm pretty sure they could extend that to a license to a mini game.
Wouldn't a Star Wars miniatures game be cool? It could scale from small scale duels with jedi to full-out space fleet battles. They could make it collectable, or make it more traditional, whatever they want. Call me crazy, but I think this would sell.
What do you think?
