Free To Slay a Dragon for Trailseeker Patrons

I saw something saying if you signed up to be a patron of Trailseeker by issue #40 you would get To Slay a Dragon for free. However, I haven't seen any information on how to get my free pdf. Anyone have any reccomendations?
