1. Would it make a big difference for the PCs to discover the Devlin cover identity in Death in Freeport, rather than via Brother Elgin in Terror in Freeport? What info would you seed there and how would you get them back to Devlin's room to start the second module?
2. What challenges would you provide for characters seeking to break in to the Knowledge temple to gank the travel logs of Lucius? And is that defiling the sanctum?
3. If not, what is defiling the sanctum of a knowledge god?
4. How does Elgin have 440 gp since he says, in the same speech, that his order takes a vow of poverty? And that vow of poverty is a crucial plot point, since it's one way to i.d. the imposters later.
