How do the below mechanics sound for a low level warlord? Just right? OP? Thoughts? Opinions?
FrogReaver's Warlord (no subclasses)
Level 1: When you attack and would hit a creature with an attack you can forgo dealing the damage yourself and instead have one willing ally who can see or hear you do the damage as if they had attacked instead. (Possibly costs the ally their reaction)
(Reason for having a decent str or dex)
Level 2: 3 times per day you can spend your reaction to allow a willing ally who can see or hear you to spend their reaction and take the damage that is about to be dealt to any character adjacent to them.
Also 3 times per day you can use your bonus action to help an ally who can see or hear you.
Level 3: When you use an action you can either give an ally a buff that allows them to deal 1d8 more damage once per turn or you can give an ally a buff that allows them to take 1d8 less damage once per turn (min 1 damage).
Level 4: ASI
Level 5: Extra Attack
