Nope.

A critical hit means that you roll your damage more than once, with all your usual bonuses, and add the rolls together. Unless otherwise specified, the threat range for a critical hit on an attack roll is 20, and the multiplier is ×2.

Exception: Extra damage over and above a weapon’s normal damage is not multiplied when you score a critical hit.

Fire, frost, sonic , etc., etc. damage do not get multiplied.

If you get the burst version on the enchantment (+2 vs +1) then you do get extra damage on a crit. In other words on a crit you get 1d10 (or 2d10 if x3 crit) in addition to the standard 1d6.

Yes - that's exactly it. In fact, that's all you get from a "burst" - extra damage on a critical hit.

A flaming burst weapon functions as a flaming weapon that also explodes with flame upon striking a successful critical hit. The fire does not harm the wielder. In addition to the extra fire damage from the flaming ability (see above), a flaming burst weapon deals an extra 1d10 points of fire damage on a successful critical hit. If the weapon’s critical multiplier is ×3, add an extra 2d10 points of fire damage instead, and if the multiplier is ×4, add an extra 3d10 points of fire damage.

I have yet to see a flaming burst scythe, but it's only a matter of time. Extra 3d10 on a crit. :)

Hmm.. For two feats and a total +3 weapon, you can do, what, 4d8+4 + 3d10 damage about 10% of the time, before strength bonus. Not too shabby.
