Frost & Fur and Frostburn--A Comparison

Well, even though I have the print copy, I'll likely buy the PDF one too. Just for searching and when I compile a 'core rules' book for my homebrew game. :)

Hm. I did a review of F&F, so I should do one of Frostburn too, as a counterpoint.

Thank you. Is the biblo the appendix you mentioned?
The appendix is Michael's errata, which he also has on his website. It includes all the actual errata of the rules info, plus an incredible bibliography for the book in general and by culture (a feature I absolutely love).

What I did as an experiment is, wherever there is errata information in the main text, I placed a note with the errata-ed text and a note to the PDF page where you can find it. So if you're reading the magic items section, you'll see the Shirt of Sustenance has a yellow note icon next to it. If you open it, you'll find the errataed text for the Shirt, and a note that says "See page XXX" pointing to the Appendix. It was an easy way to make known what parts have errata without altering the text. I hope people liked the way I did it.

Any other questions, please feel free to ask.

John, thanks for the review: we need many more threads like this (at least comparing things other then mass combat systems ;) )

And the Frost and Fur pdf is looking pretty tempting
