The combination is very powerful, but is also very resource intensive and not usable until higher levels unless you want to use up a huge amount of your spell slots, where opponents are more likely to have ways around it. Depending on the campign style, it may need tweaking. If you tend to face lots of enemies without area of effect attacks, blindsight/sense, dispelling abilities, or the other ways around the combo it most definitely needs to be tweaked. At Gathering of Heroes (the arena in my sig) we're discussing what change to make to it. My suggestion was to have Snowsight work more like Darkvision in that it can't see through magical snow.
I'm shocked that my offhand comment sparked so much discussion. I wasn't trying to say that the combo was pointless because you could be dispelled, just that if you happen to get dispelled the combo can ruin your day.
