Although I have to wonder how well he could see. I mean, he's a skiing Christmas tree, yes, but how well do those LEDs illuminate his environment? Its hard to tell how fast he was boarding.

The park is Tignes in France, they only have two authorized snowboard areas, the Swatch Snowpark (mostly X games style runs) and Valpark which is a traditional Snowboarding slope.

Most likely this is Valpark, meaning the shot in the trees is shot in the sparsely forested area near the bottom (about 20 trees total) so it's more cool camera work than board skill. But still, in the dark on waxed wood in the snow - beautiful...STUPID!!!! but beautiful.
