Yeah, they've started popping up on ebay as well. The bids are starting @ $100. I can see them going for anywhere from $200-400. Crazy. I'm going to start selling off my extra rares soon on ebay. I just figured how to ship these things without driving myself goofy...

I'm glad Dragoneye got delayed now. :)

$3.44 each. Help me out here since I haven't bought any, or even looked at them in the stores. How much do you by the random packs for? How many are in the random packs?

So would $3.44 be a fair price to pay for a complete set with no repeats?

$3.44? If you find someone selling a complete set for less than 5 bucks, please send me an email so I can buy a few. ;)

But seriously, I's assuming you meant $344 for a whole set. You could easily spend that much on random packs and not get a set. However, with the right amount of trading and individual mini purchases (from ebay, etc.) you could probably put a whole set together for around $300. $344 isn't bad but you are basically paying for someone's hard work of actually collecting the miniatures.

Random booster packs retail for $9.99 and starters $19.99. The starters give you the same amount of figures, but one less rare. In exchange you get a rulebook and everything else you need to play the skirmish game.

I have found boosters from anywhere from full price to ~$7 a pack, but you usually have to buy those in bulk (a case, for example) and pay shipping. But that is the best way to go if you are looking to complete a set. Buy a couple of cases and trade like crazy.

What are you planning on using the miniatures for, BTW? In some cases it is good to have a bunch of repeats.

I know someone online who has bought 58 booster packs and I don't think he has a complete set yet.

58X$10 - $580 with many, many duplicates.

But he also has 464 minis!

There are some folks over at the WotC boards that have bought 75+ boosters easily. And still no complete set.

I believe he was say in the "FRP Games is selling the entire 80 figure Harbringer miniature line for $275.00" deal each miniature is a bit less than $3.44 (275/80 = 3.4375).

Ah, that makes sense.

It's not a bad price but it all depends on what he's looking to do with it.
