Okay, thing is, the spell removes all moral boundaries. For example, if the caster wanted to, he could cast this spell on his sister. Sister, being mentally aghast at the concept of such, would need need to be under the spell to go through with it.

So, what changes should I make to reflect this?

Perhaps you could consult with a sibling to help fine tune this?

So how long have you been on the development team for F.A.T.A.L. 2nd ed? Is it going to be D20 now? Maybe you should make this a 6th level spell and make the 9th level version a mass area effect. Rename it Leomuds Hasty Harem.
