I'll be honest I can't make much sense of all this legal-ese, what exactly is Frylock trying to say about the OGL? No idea why people are responding to him (Freylock) saying it will "destroy WotC" that seems completely nonsensical.

Naive question: does the fact that there are pretty good games that avoid using WotC's stuff entirely (Troika!) take some wind out of the anti-competitive arguments? It's not like we HAVE to use a d20 system.
