The full round action may be in, but the full attack is definitely gone.
For what it's worth, David Noonan told me that full attacks are gone in 4th Ed.

But Attacking with Two Weapons and other Full-Round Actions that can be used to attack? I don't know.

Interrrrresting.Steely Dan said:1.) The full attack action, period, is gone in 4th Ed.
2.) You will be able to attack with two weapons in 4th Ed, but it will now be a standard action.
Steely Dan said:As the full attack action is going bye-bye in 4th Ed, I was wondering what would be the best way to go about removing the full attack action from the current 3.5 system.
My pleasure.Steely Dan said:Thank you so much for all of this, I will be printing it out and mulling it over.

Jeff Wilder said:The new DDM rules are freely available on WotC's site, BTW, as are 70 or so cards formatted with the new rules. If you're really looking for house rules for 3.5, cribbed from 4E, that's easily going to be your best source. (So far.) If you can read and grok the new pit fiend stat-block, BTW, you won't have much trouble figuring out what in the DDM rules and cards will translate closely to 4E.
