I think you're right. And that'd be pretty cool. I could see them leaning into Calimshan. Maybe not as a full setting, but an adventure with a gazeteer.

Honestly, Storm King's Thunder is a better gazetteer for the Sword Coast than SCAG

I mean, for that survey WotC just dropped, I chose Greyhawk, Forgotten Realms, and serial number filed off homebrew as my favorites...largely because I use the former for the latter...

Honestly, Storm King's Thunder is a better gazetteer for the Sword Coast than SCAG

They work together nicely, I think!

And a better gazetteer than adventure.

The parts are solid, the "plot" is half baked. But that is fixable, and helps when you need to make the parts fit a party, I find.

I did Realms, Planescape and Greyhawk. The Realms, Planescape and Spelljammer are the three campaigns I use the most, but since Spelljammer is already an impending release, I tossed out Greyhawk. It was really close between Greyhawk and Dark Sun, but I went with the classic since it really needs and deserves some love.

I haven't read every post in this thread so forgive me if it's been mentioned.

Gut says Greyhawk and I'm hoping it's right. Vecna is a high visibility name at the moment and will be for the next year or so due to the popularity of Stranger Things. If we don't get a straight up Greyhawk "revisit" I wouldn't be surprised to see a remix of the Vecna trilogy being a location/planes jumping adventure. I wouldn't be mad about either.

Wizkids is going to launch the figure of a blue shadow dragon. This may be a clue of an event set in the Shadowfeel (but not necessarialy in the demiplane of the dread).
