Further Power Sources

Are there further known power sources? So far we have:

Arcane
Divine
Martial
Primal

I've heard speculations about:

Psionic (or Mental)
Shadow (illusionists? assassins? necromancers?)

A few ideas that come to mind:

Mystic (think monks and other martial arts characters...although could be a hybrid of martial and psionic)
Elemental (think Eberron's technology and/or elementalists)
Infernal (demon summoners?)
Fey (fey magic)
Astral (from the Astral Sea itself)

Anything official? Any speculations?

We know for basically a fact that there will be:

-Psionics
-Shadow
-Ki
-Elemental

Beyond that, who knows. As of right now that is the final Power Sources to be coming out later.

OK, so my memory of hearing something about Shadow and Psionics was correct...I also was right about Ki ("Mystic") and Elemental, although do we know what they mean by Elemental?

Psionic, Shadow, Ki, and Elemental are confirmed (PHB p54). There have been no announced new power sources, though some 3PPs have, for example, Blood, Spirit, and Phrenic as power sources.

The current speculation (at least, that I subscribe to) is that PHBIII will have 4 Psionics and 2 Ki and Shadow classes, and PHBIV will have 4 Elemental and 2 Ki and Shadow, to mirror the setup in PHBI/II. Or else some permutation of this. If DS is the '10 setting, then the PHBIII is likely 4 Psi / 2 Elemental / 2 Ki.

Hell, they can make anything a power source. Primal? I mean, primal? Power source isn 't necessarily like it was in previous editions where psionics, arcane, and divine were real 'outside' power sources but are merely expalantions for how people do their cool stuff. Martial Power? What does that come from? The plane of Kung Fu?

It's a cool concept mind you but they can do anything with it, and that's not necessarily a bad thing.

I think it's supposed to be:

Mind: Psionics
Body: Martial
Soul: Ki

And then planar power sources.

Astral Sea: Divine
Elemental Chaos: Elemental of course
Shadowfell: Shadow
World: Primal

Of course it gets muddy with Arcane which seems to draw upon power from all over the place (the Feywild and maybe the Elemental Chaos plus general magic that's just out there) and there's no strict Feywild power source. That's what I thought anyway.

So what would ki energy entail? Would we be looking at one's spiritual self? I'm guessing the monk will probably be a ki striker, possibly defender. I certainly hope we see the monk before PHB 4.

Will other Oriental classes fall under ki? Wu jen and shugenja seem awfully elemental to me.

I was hoping that arcane might take on some of the elemental aspects, but if it's going to be another power source, that's fine. I'd like to see something that covers earth, air, and water, which seems to be missing from the arcane power source.

You'll see the monk well before the PH4. There is supposed to be a playtest for the class in May.
