Cross Star Munchkin d20 with Labyrinth Lord.
Eureka! lol
That is sort of what I had in mind but I would prefer to treat the game from a serious fun angle as opposed to Star Munchkin. Though in many ways, OD&D has its moments of bringing on the funny.
Betote: Nothing is wrong with Mutant Future but why did they make it? Nothing was wrong with Labyrinth Lord. Its about creating a game that more accurately and intentionally reflects a genre and a time in the history of both gaming and Science Fiction. Just as Labyrinth Lord is(n't) D&D and Mutant Future is(n't) Gamma World this is(n't) Star Frontiers.
