Futuristic games?

I'm sure they're out there.Rather than playing the normal D&D medieval game characters and adventures, what are my options for playing in futuristic settings? I'm talking about adventures, races, classes, gear, etc. set in the future. Could be technological, nuclear wasteland, etc.Are there D20 supplements for 3.5 that accommodate this?

There's d20 Modern and d20 Future, which is pretty much exactly that from WotC.

In addition to D20 Modern and D20 Future, I'm pretty sure there is a D20 Star Wars and a D20 Gamma World.

D20 is such a popular system that it will be hard to find a genera someone hasn't done a translation for under the OGL. Put some search terms into RPGNow and see what you can find. Also, you are by no means limited to D20. Savage Worlds has a good reputation in certain circles, GURPS can handle Sci-Fi, and EnWorld has a system called O.L.D/N.O.W./N.E.W (or some such) that is meant to handle different technologies.
