Real shame it requires the Urban Arcana Campaign Setting, otherwise I might have picked it up. Now if it can be used with the new SRD that would be good.

okay, this is a bit difficult for me to understand.

it "requires" the UACS because that's where the rules are that it references, not because you (sarcasm) NEED (/sarcasm) the book, or else it just won't work.

You should be able to find all the relevant rules in the Arcana section of the MSRD.

It hasnt been announced officially. But if the tend continues, i belive Green Ronin will be doing a print Modern Magic after volume 2 is released.

You should be able to find all the relevant rules in the Arcana section of the MSRD.

I bought it last night, and aside from mentioning the Mage class, as well as the Acolyte, and Incantations, all of which are in the MSRD's Arcana section, you should be fine.
