G.M. Gimmicks - Help me freshen up my campaign!

My group has used cut scenes for a couple of years now, and it works very well. As long as your group don't metagame (not too much at least) then these work great.

Cut Scenes and Action Dice (basically drama dice) are used in my games. I have not brought forth a cut scene yet as there has been nothing that would fulfill that yet but my GM last night could have used one and the impact on us would have been pretty dramatic.
Congratulations of having a campaign last for 10 years!! That is a feat that I probably will not ever accomplish.
