Gallery of Evil is to be a comprehensive book of villains for Spectrum Games’ Capes, Cowls and Villains Foul role-playing game. The game’s Trait-based system, though, makes it easy to adapt characters to other RPGs as well.
In addition to presenting players and Editors with a slew of new villains, it also includes an epic Issue to play and even a section
devoted to handling galaxy-threatening menaces.
